Advantage Wrap Coverage (New Vehicles)

One of the most commonly purchased products is an Advantage Wrap. A Wrap is, in simple terms, an extension of the factory warranty included with a new vehicle purchase. A Wrap plan will include protection of a wide variety of components, including electrical systems, fuel systems, cooling system, front suspension, air conditioning, brakes, steering, and high-tech packages. Many of these systems fall out of factory warranty after just a few thousand miles, but with Wrap Coverage from Advantage, all of these systems will be protected for an extended period of time. In addition, a Wrap Coverage will also include Emergency Road Services, such as Trip Interruption, Lock-Out Assistance, Jump-Start Assistance, Flat Tire Assistance, Fluid Delivery, and Tire Road Hazard Coverage, Towing Coverage, Substitute Transportation Coverage, and Transfer Benefit. Advantage Vehicle Protection Plan (Pre-Owned Vehicles)

Much like the Advantage Wrap, an Advantage Vehicle Protection Plan helps to protect your vehicle after the factory warranty ends, but this one is for purchase with a pre-owned vehicle. Due to it being purchased with a pre-owned vehicle, it also has protection for vehicles out of Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty, as well as vehicles out of Powertrain Warranty. A Vehicle Protection plan will include protection of a wide variety of components, including gasoline/diesel engines, transmission, front/rear wheel drive, fluids, electrical, fuel system, cooling system, air conditioning, brakes, front suspension, steering, and high tech packages. There are two options with this Plan, which are the Advantage, and Advantage Preferred. All of the same vehicle systems are covered, but the Preferred Plan covers more components within these systems.

GAP Coverage (Guaranteed Asset Protection)

Another very popular product is GAP Coverage. The reason for its popularity is simply that most people need it!
In the event of a total loss due to unrecovered theft, collision, fire, or any insured peril, your vehicle asset may be worth less than the amount you owe on your loan at the time of total loss. In many cases this will leave you responsible for paying the difference.
If covered loss occurs, GAP coverage will, in most cases, pay the difference between the actual cash value and the scheduled balance owned to the lender, net of refunds.
